Business Days Calculator

Count working days (weekdays) between two dates, excluding weekends.

Deadlines, shipping estimates and SLAs are usually quoted in business days, not calendar days — and the gap matters. "Five business days" spanning a weekend is a full week on the calendar; span two weekends and it's nine calendar days. Counting weekdays by hand across a range is exactly the kind of thing that's easy to miscount.

Enter a start and end date and this calculator counts the business days (Monday to Friday) between them, along with the weekend days it excluded and the total calendar span. It's built for project timelines, payment terms and delivery windows.
